One of the Yama who judge the dead, Shikieiki currently resides in Hell to sentence those who’ve traversed Higan and the Sanzu no Kawa. She is well known in Gensokyo for lecturing anyone and everyone about their faults, but it is unknown whether she genuinely wants others to change for the better or she simply has a habit of lecturing.Beautiful cosplay from Winter Comiket 2010! I had a hard time trying to figure out which character she was, but the red and white ribbons gave quite a telling clue.
