The first bilingual vocaloid to be released, Megurine Luka has an extensive Japanese dictionary on par with previous Japanese Vocaloids. However, her English is more limited than English Vocaloids. Despite her songs needing more attention when creating English lyrics, she has superior capabilities of the English language with only occasional Japanese accents.So pretty! And what lovely shoes. I normally hate gold shoes, but her boots are probably the only exception.
